Special Education Check In Check Out Point System for Behavior
Share

Description

I use this in my classroom for students that struggle to maintain behavioral expectations more than others! It is broken up into 8 different class periods throughout the day. Students choose a reward with their identified check-in teacher in the morning. Students earn 2 points if the met the expectation, 1 point if they partially met it, and 0 points if the did not meet the expectation. Decide how many points the student would have to earn TOTAL that day to earn a prize (start with a smaller number, then gradually increase as student behavior improves). Have student meet with check out teacher at end of the day to see if they earned their reward!
