This file contains my description of the TEMP method of solving word problems in science. There are 6 speed word problems to use in class and then 5 sets of speed homework questions that are also 6 questions long. Sets A and B are the same questions in the same order as the 6 in class questions but with different numbers. Set A has numbers that do not require the use of calculators and set B will require calculators. Sets C and D are the same as set A and B except the questions are in different orders. The final set of questions provide real world data to assist students in solving speed calculations.
