Description

Are you looking for an individualized review for your students based on MAP data? These worksheets were created from looking at the learning continuum on the NWEA website and I created a set of worksheets on the RIT scores (201-210). Students can complete all work on the back of these pages in the table or use a separate sheet of paper.

The first page is a Student Goal/Reflection Sheet for you to use when conferencing with students. It will help to guide conversations during conferences with students. You can circle which test for FALL, WINTER, or SPRING to help keep the goal sheets organized.

The worksheets are organized by goal (Algebraic and Operational Thinking, Numbers and Operations, Measurement and Data, and Geometry). There are four problems per day of the week (Monday-Friday), or 20 problems per goal (80 problems total).

Answer keys are provided at the bottom of the document for each review page.

OR You can purchase the entire 5th MAP Review HERE at a discounted price! It has 4 levels (200- Below, 201-210, 211-220, and 221-240)! You can also purchase the individual levels separately as well. Includes answer keys!

Convert among different-sized standard measurement units within a given measurement system (e.g., convert 5 cm to 0.05 m), and use these conversions in solving multi-step, real world problems.
Make a line plot to display a data set of measurements in fractions of a unit (1/2, 1/4, 1/8). Use operations on fractions for this grade to solve problems involving information presented in line plots. For example, given different measurements of liquid in identical beakers, find the amount of liquid each beaker would contain if the total amount in all the beakers were redistributed equally.
