Description

Students will practice spring vocabulary, listening skills, attention, making inferences, and language skills with this classic game. This spring resource includes 30 different printable BINGO boards, 24 calling cards, and 24 vocabulary riddles for each word. This activity would work for a small group or an entire classroom!

What’s included?

* 30 Bingo Boards

* 24 Calling Cards

* 24 Spring Vocabulary Riddle Cards

________________

34 printable pages in all!

How to Play:

For a quick print and go activity, simply print the pages and use BINGO daubers to mark the spaces. You could also laminate the pages and use dry erase markers, magnetic chips, or even mini erasers to mark each space. In addition, you will have the option to play this activity digitally using TPT’s EASEL™ platform.

There are two ways to play this game:

  1. Calling cards: One person calls out one spring word at a time and players cover the pictures on their bingo cards. Depending on your goals, students could label the spring item, describe the item, label object functions, or even answer questions.
  2. Riddles: One person reads the riddle and players try to guess the spring item being described and cover it on their bingo cards. This is a fun way to practice receptive language skills, inferencing, attention, and listening skills.

The winner is the one who lines up five in a row (vertically, horizontally, or diagonally). The star is a “Free space”!
