This resource is a multi-paragraph response to passages about Spring Break. The state test usually asks students to write a multi-paragraph response to multiple reading passages. This resource will provide the students with a history of Spring Break, as well as the benefits of Spring Break. Students are then asked to plan, organize, and write a multi-paragraph response on the lines provided. This resource would be a good whole group lesson that can be done together, as a partner writing activity, an individual assessment, or as a multi-day homework assignment. Included in this resource are two short passages about Spring Break, instructions page, a planning page, and lines papers for writing the paragraphs.
