Students are presented with a worksheet with 24 words related to spring and a word bank of synonyms. Divided into 2 groups of 12 words, students write the synonym from the word bank next to its counterpart. Then they find the synonym on the worksheet and color it as instructed. It's a great way to expand students' vocabulary and keep them engaged.
