First Grade Version: Spring Math & Literacy Centers {First Grade}
10 Centers Included:
Butterfly Shape Sort:
Students match up the 3D shape butterfly cage with the real-life 3-D shape butterfly pictures.
Number Sense Flower Shop:
Students match up the number word, base blocks, and tally marks flowers to the correct number flower shop.
Number Ladybug Write and Wipe:
Students use a dry-erase marker to write the numbers that come before and after the given number.
Rainbow Math Facts:
Students match the math fact to the correct answer to make a rainbow. Students record the facts on the recording sheet.
Raining Coin Math:
Students choose coin raindrops (penny, nickel, or dime) to make up the price on the umbrella.
Rhyming Clouds:
Students match two rhyming words and pictures to make a cloud.
Frog’s Vowels Spin and Cover:
Students use a pencil and paperclip to spin the spinner. Then, they cover a picture with that vowel sound. (3 sets included)
Potting CVC Words:
Students draw a CVC (consonant-vowel-consonant) card, read the word, and find the picture of the word on the page. Then, they write the word on the pot. (4 sets included)
Blend Ladybugs Clip Cards:
Students look at the picture on the ladybug and use a clothespin to clip the correct blend.
Sight Word Bees:
Students draw a bee from the pile and write the sight word on the recording sheet.
