In addition to ordinal numbers, students need to be familiar with the terms in front of, behind, beside, before, after, and next to. These puzzles are differentiated and increase in complexity, moving from 3 birds on a wire to 5 birds on a wire puzzles.
THIS PRODUCT INCLUDES:

- 12 four birds on a wire puzzles with clues
- 16 five birds on a wire puzzles with clues
- 2 puzzles requiring students to create multiple combinations of birds on a wire
- An activity where students create their own Birds on a Wire puzzles
- Bird cards to use as manipulatives to help solve the puzzles
- 2 sets of answer key cards – one in color and one in b/w
- 1 set of student response sheets
