Description

At this time of the year if we do not know numbers 0-5 we are working hard on it and often getting direct intervention. This packet is to help give you a weekly way to work on numbers 0-5 in the spring. It has six different clip card sets to be used in a six week time period. My school system requires six weeks of direct intervention before they will look at the response to intervention and see if they need more help. As a regular ed teacher I sometimes cringe at coming up with 6 weeks of organized data. This can help!

This resource also includes a recording sheet where you can (on one page back and front) record how often a child does the activity, give an assessment at the end of the week, and then keep track of how they are doing throughout the six weeks. Great for data collection and response to intervention.

The questions are: Are they mastering the numbers 0-5? Is there improvement?

This Data Sheet will tell you the dates you did the intervention, how many times a week, and the child’s response to the direct intervention.

Each set of clip cards comes with a worksheet that coordinates with it. It also has a picture label you can cut out and put on the container you are using to store them.

As a bonus there are two extra sets included. They are two piece puzzles focusing on 0-5 with worksheets to match. They are not included in the data collection.

I often struggle to find resources that focus solely on 0-5 so I decided to make one. Hope it helps!
