Description

Looking for a spring activity for your Elementary music students that is fun and engaging ? This no-tech or Google Slides resource is a great way to incorporate or assess rhythmic concepts and composition in a seasonal way. Print and laminate the rhythm icons, and have students create patterns to perform and decode independently, in pairs, or during centers. The Google Slides are perfect for projecting on your interactive whiteboard to read the rhythms whole group, decode the rhythms, or compose on student devices.

Worked fine, I just wish there were a few more single-syllable and double-syllable icons to give students more choices and facilitate more ta-titi prep.
