Description
I created this Spring project for the month of April to extend the regular curriculum and provide an additional challenge for 3rd grade students who need more. Many of the problems are at a 4th grade level. However, I found 3rd graders LOVE coordinate graphing so there is a set of equations to accompany a coordinate graphing activity.
This project is meant to be challenging. I have done it with 3rd grade students. Although I believe all 3rd graders could do it with scaffolding and support, your higher 3rd graders should be able to work through the problems more independently, using strategies they are familiar with. No calculators are necessary.
Be sure to check out my other resources on TPT.
