This deck contains 20 Boom™ Cards that target problem solving skills. Students are tasked to identify the problem in the picture and provide a solution. Visual choices are available for thinking of an appropriate solution. All prompts have a spring-time theme.

This Includes:

• PDF with embedded link to the Boom™ Cards. Clicking the link will take you to the Boom™ Learning website. You will be prompted to create an account if you do not have one yet. Then you can access the deck and play!

• The Boom™ Cards themselves contain 22 cards that include:
  • Title and instruction cards
  • Task cards- each displaying a real-photo prompt for students to identify the problem, and visual cues to help students think of a solution

About Boom™ Cards

To use Boom™ Cards, you must be connected to the Internet. Boom™ Cards play on modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge). Apps are available for modern Android, iPads, iPhones, and Kindle Fires. For security and privacy, adults must have a Boom™ Learning account to use and assign Boom™ Cards. You will be able to assign the Boom™ Cards you are buying with "Fast Pins," (a form of play that gives instant feedback to students for self-grading Boom™ Cards). For assignment options that report student progress back to you, you will need to purchase a premium account. If you are new to Boom™ Learning, you will be offered a free trial of their premium account. Details are available directly on the Boom™ Learning website.
