"Used this with a toddler speech therapy client and they had a lot of fun with this! The concepts of touching is a great idea for those younger clients that need things dumbed down a bit. It is also great cause you can even encorporate it into a smash mat! Nice product for spring time! "

Description

These bright and simple spring themed two step directions book/flashcards target helping young children learn to follow two step directions by pointing/touching pictures in a scene. This resource includes 10 different pictures with 3 two step directions for each picture. These two step directions have a variety of different concepts embedded into the directions (e.g. high, low, in front, behind, both, same, different, not the same, first, last as well as come colors, verbs and feelings). A data sheet and a key for prompting are also included. See thumbnails for examples of the layout. This activity is perfect for early childhood special education and the lower elementary level. It is also great for speech/language pathologists who are beginning to work on following directions using several language concepts with students.
