* Spring Four in a Row vocabulary game - six boards

* 30 bingo cards with 24 spring pictures on each card

* 30 bingo cards with the same 24 pictures plus word labels

* 24 calling cards for the teacher or game leader

* 22 spring graphing and tallying experiences, for both horizontal and vertical bar graphs

* Templates for your students to create their own spring graphs

How will you use these spring activities?

* As a whole class or small group activity, use riddles to demonstrate how to strategically integrate the information in the clues and use the information to eliminate incorrect choices.

* Use the riddle cards and answer cards as a pocket chart center read, solve, and match activity.

* Read and solve riddles for mini-lessons on reading informational text.

* Use the included game board (six different boards using the same 24 winter vocabulary words) as a small group or literacy center game.

* Bring writing into your riddle-solving activities! After your students are familiar with the format of riddles and you have modeled writing several together as a class, use the included writing template. Have your students write and share their own spring riddles!

* Solving riddles together or playing bingo is a great activity for a substitute teacher! Students will be engaged, attentive, and listening carefully!

* Use the riddles and bingo games in ESL - ELL- EFL classes for developing spring vocabulary.

* Use the riddles and games in speech and language sessions for vocabulary, listening skills, and language development.

* Playing Spring Bingo is a fun activity to celebrate the first day of spring, or the beginning of spring break!

* Put a set of the bingo cards in your substitute / replacement teacher file for April, May, and June.

* Spring Bingo is an easy prep Fun Friday spring activity.

* Enjoy these easy prep activities when you meet with your upper grade Buddy Class.
