I could not open this without downloading a trial version of a program to open zip files. I think this type of thing should be noted in the description.
Oh no! I'm so sorry. I am not real techie, but that has never happened before. You should not have to download anything other than the product you purchased. I will submit this comment to the TpT experts and post their reply.
I asked one of the Royal Collaborators at TpT and here is their answer: I hope this is helpful.......
**The product description automatically notes the file type and says "Be sure that you have an application to open this file type before downloading and/or purchasing." I would reply that it is already noted in the product description at the top, next to the thumbnails.
I'm thinking she must have an older OS, as most computers and OS these days have a built in utility for this.
