A wonderful activity to get ready for Spring! On My Walk Through the Forest is an adaptive book suitable for younger children who are learning to communicate at the phrase level. It not only can be used to elicit new vocabulary, it can also be used to teach the senses, describe pictures, and use subject-verb-object patterns. It can even be used to target articulation/phonology skills!
