About This Resource:
This is a 3 question Google Forms™ Quiz that I personally use as an exit ticket in the classroom. At the end of the lesson, I have students take this quick assessment to provide me with the formative data needed to alter my instruction and create sub-groups for differentiation. The instructions are easy to follow for you to make a copy of the quiz to your Google Drive. Then you can assign to your students using Google Classroom or some other method. Please see the preview to see the questions that are on this exit ticket.
What's Included:
TPT has partnered with Google to automatically make a copy of my Google Slides file into your Google Drive. Once in your drive, you can easily edit the slides to customize it.
Using this with distance learning:
The main challenge that my colleagues and I were having with distance learning, was how do we assess students? You can use Google Forms to monitor student learning as an exit ticket. The data that you get out of this is quick and powerful!
