Need a St. Patrick's Day activity to save your own sanity and keep your students engaged with 2-digit by 1-digit multiplication practice at the same time? We all do! This St. Patrick's Day math craft activity will have your students practicing 2-digit by 1-digit multiplication and creating an adorable leprechaun craft at the same time, perfect for hallway display or to send home as a St. Patrick's Day treat.

Watch your students enjoy the charm of St. Patrick's Day while they choose their answer to class-building questions such as "Would you rather catch a leprechaun or find a pot of gold?" and then solve a 2-digit by 1-digit multiplication problem. The answer to the 2-digit by 1-digit multiplication problem will provide students with directions for adding certain types and numbers of decorations to their leprechaun math craft.
