~FYI~ If you purchased my

*Making 10 St Patricks Day Theme - (Worksheets, Activities, & Craftivity)

Then you already have this awesome math craftivity (and at a better value, too!)

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This St. Patrick's Day making ten craft is pure gold! There are two versions included and BOTH come in color and B/W.

Version #1: For beginning cutting skills.

Students get a completed pot of gold craft mat. On this mat are two pots of gold with an addition sign in between, the poem "Skip through a rainbow with a leprechaun friend. Let's add our gold coins to show we can make ten!", and also a blank equation line. Each student gets one craft mat and also one row of gold coins that they will cut to glue onto the pots of gold. (Each row has 10 coins and there are 8 rows to a landscape page to save on paper). They will glue some coins on each of the pots of gold. Then fill in the blank equation line to show how many coins were in each pot of gold that, together, add up to 10.

Version #2: More cutting practice in this version

Students get a blank craft mat. (Just the cute buffalo checked border and the equation line). They also get a second page of all the elements they need to complete the craft. (2 pots of gold, the addition sign, and the poem, and 10 gold coins.) They will cut each element out and glue them to the craft mat. Then, color, cut and glue their gold coins. Then, complete the equation line!

~ENJOY!!
