Congratulations! You have embarked upon the journey of designing and building your own St. Patrick's Day House! Before you can begin construction, you will need to design the floor plan and calculate the cost of your equipment while staying within your $25,000 budget. Follow the steps below to get started. Good luck!

This fantastic no-prep resource guides students through researching, designing and constructing St. Patrick's Day houses. Students are guided through the process of floor plan design, configuring the location/size of each piece of equipment and furniture, determining the area of each piece of equipment, and calculating the construction costs while staying on budget. Students then design and colour both the interior and exterior of their homes before they begin construction (instructions with photos included). This craft also looks amazing when printed in colour (See thumbnail photos).
