Alternative Ways To Use The Cards:
*Use for Memory/ ‘Go Fish’ type games (print 2 sets of coins)

*Hide coins around the room- have students find them and then match to a chart you make that lists all the words (great party activity!)

*Use at a center- students pick a coin and have to draw a picture of something that rhymes with the picture on the coin
and/or write a rhyming word.

*Coins can be used for CVC and CVCe work- students pick a coin and write the CVC or CVCe word on a recording sheet and/or sort coins by vowel sound.
