St. Patrick’s Day Math Bundle | Subitizing Practice & Matching Activities | Find & Clip The Missing Number Task Cards | Math Puzzles | Spring Math Centers:
This bundle of St. Patrick’s Themed math task cards and puzzles are so much fun and can be used in so many ways.
This bundle of resources includes 3 different math activities. Below is a list and a little more information on each activity.
Shamrock Puzzles: There are #20 Shamrock puzzles (with 3 different parts that you will need to cut apart). The top part of each shamrock has the numerical number 1-20 and then the two bottom parts of the shamrock have tally marks (on one side) and ten frames (on the other side). Your students will identify each numerical number and then practice subitizing to find the correct ten frames and tally marks that show that number.
Find The Missing Number Task Cards: There are 54 task cards included in this resource. There are 2 numbers in the middle of each card with a third “missing number” either at the beginning, middle, or end. Your students will need to identify the missing number and then clip a clothespin onto the correct number that is located on the right side of the task cards.
Subitize & Match Task Cards: There are 2 sets of flashcards with numbers 1-20. One set has tally marks on them and the other set has ten frames on them. Your students will practice subitizing while they identify how many tally marks or shamrocks are on each card and then clip a clothespin onto the correct numerical number that is located on the right side of the task cards.
Objective: These resources will help your students with a few different skills. Your students will be able to practice their subitizing skills, one-to-one correspondence skills and so much more. They are great resources to have on hand for independent activities, during math rotations, or any other time you see fit for your classroom.
Prep: These St. Patrick’s Themed activities are very low prep. For the number puzzles you will need to cut them out and then cut through the two lines of each number puzzle in order to separate the #3 different parts. And for the task cards you will just need to print them and cut them out. I hightly recommend laminating all of these activities for better durability.
