Students will love using Lucky Charms during math! This zipped file includes detailed instructions, student worksheets, and math "legends" to help brighten student attitudes during addition practice. Various marshmallow shapes are assigned to different numbers, according to the 'legends.' Each legend (there are three) advances in difficulty. Once the marshmallow has met its number, the math begins! Three different legends are included with three different worksheets. In addition, once the worksheets are complete, there is another addition activity that students complete in pairs. During this class exercise, each students is given two Lucky Charms marshmallows, so be sure to add it to your shopping list!
