Description
This is a digital/editable document designed to help teachers keep track of when and how standards are assessed. The document contains 4 sheets labeled with the core subjects and a 5th sheet to use as an example of how I use the resource. Each standard has a spot for 3 assessments. However, you can group cells together add cells to ensure you have as many assessments as needed for each standard.
The resource is completely editable. However, be sure to make a copy before beginning to make changes.
All you need to do is:
a. Copy and Paste the standards you are going to assess into the standards sections.
b. Enter in your class list of student names
c. Type in the assignments/assessments and the dates given for each standard.
d. Enter in the scores of the assignments.
-User Tips- For my personal use, I like to make a folder for each quarter and copy the grade book file into each folder. Then I only enter in the standards that I will be assessing for that quarter. My grade level also looks ahead to see which assignments we will be using to assess progress, so I enter those in with preliminary dates just to help keep me on track.
