This is a brief review of rice information. I use it as a review after reading a section in the textbook on rice and lecture. This is a great project if you are teaching carbohydrates and grains. This can be used as an online only activity or could be printed out and made into a hands on activity. It includes a video and matching activities with links to short rice labs on the last slide. Rice is such a great lab using Instant Rice to meet time limits for labs.
