Met expectations
Great value
Standards-aligned
This was a clear and engaging resource for teaching statistical questions. The notes and activity were well organized and helped students understand the difference between statistical and non-statistical questions in a simple way. I liked that it combined direct instruction with meaningful practice, allowing students to apply what they learned right away. It worked well for whole group lessons, small groups, or review. Overall, this is a strong resource for building understanding of statistics concepts. Highly recommend!

Recognize a statistical question as one that anticipates variability in the data related to the question and accounts for it in the answers. For example, “How old am I?” is not a statistical question, but “How old are the students in my school?” is a statistical question because one anticipates variability in students’ ages.
