Topics include blocked design, matched pairs, lurking vs. confounding variables, the 3 principles of a well-designed experiment, how to outline an experiment, and how to perform a simulation. Tests and quizzes are formatted with multiple choice and open ended questions. Simulation activities include answering questions such as "how many games of tennis can you expect to play if there is a 15% chance your racquet will break in any given match".
