I use these literature guides in my classroom. I make a packet for each student, read the story aloud and discuss/answer the questions as a class or have students read the story with a partner and work on the packets together. As your students become familiar with the format of the literature guides, they can complete them independently. I hope this is as useful to you and your students as it is to mine!

This resource was very helpful in keeping my students focused and engaged during our small group book club. I didn't love the book but the kids did so that's what matters most. I chose it because they could read the book on Epic and it was accessible to virtual and in-person students.
