Description

Created for use as a reward system throughout a child's day.
*
*
Have a goal for your child to get a sticker for 7/8 activities (or whatever may be appropriate for the child). Upon completion of this overall daily goal, or if the daily goal was met so many days throughout the week and you want to reward at the end of the week, the child may get extra free time or a bigger reward of some kind (individualize for the child's motivations and interests).
*
*
Attach to a clipboard and the child can take this with them throughout the day as they participate in different activities, the adult leading the activity can decide at the end of the activity whether or not the child's behavior warrants a sticker in their designated box. He or she can leave notes as to why or why a child did not earn a sticker.
*
*
This can also be a great way to provide a parent with feedback about how a child behaved throughout the day.
*
*
Created as an excel doc so that you can individualize as needed to accommodate a child's specific schedule.
