Description

The Sticker Store is a great classroom management tool that emphasizes positive reinforcement. Vinyl stickers have become very trendy, and students love putting them on their water bottles and folders.

How it works:

Step 1: Buy vinyl stickers. You can find packs of around 200 stickers for about $5 on Amazon.

Step 2: Explain to students how they can earn sticker tickets using the presentation. (ex: following classroom norms, showing kindness, showing effective listening, etc.)

Step 3: Pass out sticker tickets to students and/or have students recognize each other.

Step 4: Designate a specific time in the day for students to redeem their sticker tickets. (ex: end of the day, after they complete an assignment, during recess, etc.)

This has been an absolute LIFE SAVER in our classroom! We have implemented the sticker store in our room since the second week of school, and it has been an amazing addition to our room. We have class jobs that students do every day, and they receive tickets for doing their jobs and this is a huge motivator for them to complete their jobs on a daily basis. Thank you!
