These sticky note feedback templates are your solution and will help you provide specific, focused feedback quickly and efficiently. With 12 templates to choose from, you can focus on specific parts of a piece of writing, overall effectiveness, or even basic writing skills.
Simple and easy to use:
1) print the template(s) you want to use
2) place 3"x3" sticky notes on the template in the designated spaces (6 per page)
3) put the template back into the printer
4) print the same template again so that the template will appear on the sticky notes
These are not only a great way for teachers to communicate with their students, but to use for peer editing and for students to let the teacher know what feedback specifically they are looking for.

In addition, you will also find Feedback Codes included in this resource. Feedback codes are symbols or letters designated to a specific type of feedback. For example, if you find yourself writing "please cite your source" over and over on papers, you could simply write the designated code on a sticky note. There is a full size and smaller 4 to a page version of codes that have been created for you, or blank sheets that you can create your own with your students. If you haven't used feedback codes before, I highly recommend. Such a time saver!
