Engage your students in reading with a sticky note exit ticket for reading comprehension. This is an exit ticket example that can be done independently. Simply place the sticky note reading comprehension in random pages/chapters in your students’ novel and they answer them when they reach that part of their novel. Use this sticky note exit ticket templates with both your class novel and student’s independent novel. A template is provided for you to add your own exit ticket prompts. With my students, I reward student they have answer a certain number of their reading comprehension sticky notes.
