Great to print out and hand out to your individual students and have each of them fill one out as they read passages.
What I found useful is to go to my local print shop and get it printed out as an 18X24 so it is large enough for the whole class to see and laminate it that way you can write on it constantly with expos and can use it as a whole class lesson.
