This growing bundle is jammed pack with resources to support a Strength Based Approach to Reading. This bundle includes all the materials needed to teach students with Autism and other special needs how to read using this approach. In this bundle, you will find articles on how to use this instructional approach, word lists, flashcards, sentence boards, spelling task cards, match and clip task cards, fluency materials, worksheets, comprehension cards, as well as teaching instructions, and recording sheets to track student progress for 6 units of study. This program is perfect for multi-levelled classrooms as all of the materials are differentiated.
The words included in this bundle are based on a variety of high frequency and functional word lists, as well as words used in the Reading A-Z Level AA books. I have also included words students need to read to complete their school work more independently.
This program will have your students reading and comprehending quickly. The materials in this bundle are sequenced in order of words taught and include levels of differentiation so that your students have tons of practice as they progress in their literacy skills. The materials also build upon previously learned words to ensure acquisition and maintenance of students' literacy skills.
