Great resource!
I have used these with a small group of kids who are dealing with anxiety and it is another useful tool for junior high kids to have.
Glad you liked it!
perfect for junior/senior high students
Very useful resource. I'm using it with my 8th grade students.
Thank You!
Awesome for practical use in the schools.
This is a great tool to have students start thinking about stress management. I just edited out the love letter option, a little too advanced for 5th grade. I changed it to "Read a letter from a friend." The kids had fun with this one.
Thanks so much for your feedback. I just changed the wording to 'read a nice letter or email someone sent me' so it is applicable to more ages.
