This lesson will focus in on building structures. At first, students will work individually, allowing for them to find their own interests and strengths within the project. The students will then be challenged to form connections between their structures and their peers. This collaboration will encourage communication and community building. Each student will be responsible for a part of the community, and they all will be involved in forming the connections between their individual works.

Students will learn about structure and building as a way to recognize the benefits of community and mutual respect. We will explore different types of communities, and the shared responsibility that arises when you are a part of a community.
