Tired of taking precious time out of your day to document student behavior? Have the students document it themselves, giving you more time to focus on teaching.

As part of my Classroom Management Plan, if students are engaging in behavior that is not conducive to learning, I will request they fill out a behavior reflection form. If they refuse to fill one out, then a referral is written. This is included in my syllabus so administration is aware and can properly support the process.

This will open as a PDF then take you to a link that is a Google Form (Editable). The link will create a FORCE COPY link automatically.
