This data tracking template has been set up for tracking both class and individual data. It was designed specifically for ELA along with tracking Idaho State Assessment performance, but could easily be edited to change the tests/quizzes tracked or added to to include more subjects/standards. It is also set up to aid in guided reading group planning/participation tracking. This tracker helps you keep track of student assessment data and standard performance, making tracking their progress and helping them to establish goals a breeze! It is also made to make report card time easier!
