This student data folder can be used to help students take ownership and accountability for their learning. This folder can aid in collecting data for students across all contents and grade levels. This download includes:

• All About Me page - so that students take ownership of the data they are collecting.
• Daily Attendance Tracker for students to color code days that they are present, absent, or tardy. This allows students with attendance issues to visually see, reflect, and potentially set up a conference with parents to discuss and further support.
• 3rd - 5th Grade STAAR & NWEA MAP Goal Setting/Student Reflection sheet for both RLA and Math to show student progress from the end of the previous school year and across the current school year. (Texas specific)
• 1st - 2nd Grade NWEA MAP Goal Setting/Student Reflection sheet for both RLA and Math to show student progress from the end of the previous school year and across the current school year. (Texas specific)
• Kindergarten data collection for basic skills like counting 1-20, writing numerals, identifying numbers, identifying letter sounds, identifying lowercase and uppercase letters, and name writing. (TEKS aligned)
