Description

Student Data Record Keeping is an excel file used to record student progress. With the current changes in teacher evaluations, this file would provide a record of student progress of content mastery, reading mastery, standard mastery, etc. that can be easily interpreted by your evaluator.

To use this file, you must periodically do a learning check in which students score a particular number out of a total number correct. The total number correct would not change from check to check. This file is designed to accommodate 32 learning checks throughout the course of the school year and 31 students.

It includes
* instructions for use
* data table to record individual scores
* individual learning progress graphs
* class learning progress graph
* comparison graph of individual and class learning progress
* scatter matrix chart
* curve data and graph

The class learning progress can also be printed and displayed in your room as a motivator for students to encourage each other to perform well on learning checks. I add an extra incentive by giving a class reward if we hit a goal as a class in our learning progress.

These types of files take time to set-up and require some advanced knowledge of how to use Excel. I have set it up for you so you can use your time more effectively doing other things. It does not require more than a basic knowledge of Excel to use.

I also need student data per standard on an individual test. I think this form could be expanded to include that instead of just comparison between each assessment. This would allow you to know which standards you need to focus on.

Thanks! I'm trying to track my data for RTI purposes. I needed a spread sheet that was set up for me.

Great! I hope the file works well for you. I've used it for several years and it has been handy in parent and administration conversations.
