This student information pack will help you keep your students' contact information organized and in one place!

I put the "Getting to Know You" form out at open house for parents to fill out and leave. I compile all of the forms and put my laminated cover on top. Finally, I bind them together at the top and hang from a hook above my desk. This way, all phone numbers, emails, and allergy information is easily available to me when I need it!

To get started, choose the cover you like and print in color on card stock. I laminate my cover for durability throughout the school year. Then use my complete "Getting to Know You" form or create your own using the editable template. Have parents fill out at open house or some time during the first week of school. Compile all of the forms and put your cover page on top. I like to bind mine at the top instead of the side. This way, when it's hanging on a hook, I can easily flip the pages up to search for a student. I also like to put the pages in abc order.
