Survey Overview:
These surveys ask students to rate a series of statements using a scale of “Never, Sometimes, Usually, and Always.” Students will write the number associated with one of the four words in the blank next to the statement. These statements are short and simple, meant to gauge your student’s specific interests in STEM topics.
These surveys are also included in a digital format as Google Forms. Forms are a great, quick way to gather student feedback. The digital surveys can be found in the folder linked in the PDF. Adobe Acrobat is not needed to use this product. The PDF can be opened in Google Chrome! Typically, this will happen automatically if Acrobat is not installed on your computer, but there is a way to do it manually if it something isn't working:
When you download the zipped folder, extract the contents. Then, right click on the PDF, choose Open With, then Google Chrome. This will open the PDF directly in your Google browser. To access the digital materials, click the link provided in the PDF!
