Description

Do you want your students to have a clear set of common core aligned specific goals? Do you want to have a system to easily track the mastery of such goals?

Well, I have a bundle for you! The student reading goals bundle includes:

1. Math goals reference sheet: this document lists 30 math goals that are common core aligned to 4th grade.

2. Math goal tracking form: use this summative form whenever you believe the student has mastered the goal. This is an easy quick reference document that you can refer to each time your admin asks "How many students mastered such goal? How do you know?"

3. Math goals cards in PDF format.

4. Math goals cards in Word format, just in case you would like to add your personal touch to them! Each goal card is doubled on a single page, for an easier print and use capability.

Each has three parts to it: 1) states the goal (I will _____ by ____); 2) it has 8 time slots that can be used to fill in each time you meet a student (for example, if you meet a student in a small group 2 times a week, that will be 8 times per month! Simply write in the date in month/date format. Once the student has mastered the goal, you may put a check mark on the card, or a stamp, and then simply record the final date on the tracking form); 3) some helpful artifacts to help students achieve the goal.

TIP: What I normally do is to start out with one goal per each student. I also use card stock to make sure it lasts. s the year progresses, I may add more goals in math, and other subject areas, like writing and reading, which I also color code. To keep those cards all in one bundle, I hole punch them and put them on a binder ring. Whenever I see my students in a small group, I ask that they bring their goal card bundles with them.

I hope that you will like the bundle, and would love to try out my student reading and writing goals bundles as well! Just simply search for one in my store!

Please, subscribe and provide a review!

Thanks!
