Student Morning Journal Checklist/Expectations: Great Morning Routine. I tape these expectations into the inside of my students' morning journals. This way students can double check their own work & it minimizes any confusion. I put a morning prompt/question on the board and students have time each morning to eat their breakfast & write in their morning journals.
