This download meets a variety of classroom needs. Student planner, behavior tracking system, and Reader's Response Journal.
The planner portion of the download allows students to write nightly assignments. It also allows teachers to communicate with parents regarding student behavior.
The Reader's Response section allows the student to record the title of the book and whether it was read to, with or independently. There is also a block of space for the student to provide their written response to their reading.
When printing the planner, I suggest running the cover on cardstock. The remaining pages (including the reader's response prompts) should be printed front/back. Staple with a heavy duty stapler or three hole bunch and add to a notebook.
