Student Reflection - Weekly Goals
Share

Description

This weekly exit ticket allows students to reflect on their success at school, and set goals on how to improve their behaviour! This document features 4 exit tickets per page to be cut out and laminated - hooray for saving paper! In my classroom, I laminated each ticket for students to complete with dry-erase markers and tracked responses each week so I could follow up with students and help them achieve their goals.

For added opportunities to reflect on behaviour, pair this with my Self Reflection Exit Ticket for Learning Skills which can be used daily. Happy Teaching!

This is the last thing I do with my kiddos before heading out to the buses on Fridays. I add a prompt for them to answer on the back. It is a great resource for know what I might need to adjust for the next week!
