Description

This Packet Includes:
- Blank Student Reporting Certificates
- Safe, Kind, Helpful Reporting Certificates
- 7 Habits Reporting Certificates

I use these certificates at the end of the day, during job time. One student has the job of looking out for certain traits in their fellow students during that day. I give them a clip board with all students’ names printed on a sheet of paper. Once the “Reporter” finds a person to report, doing one of our school behavior expectations, they report out at the end of the day before we go home. The reporter fills out the student’s name, circles one of the behavior expectations and explains why that student is receiving the certificate.

The reporter calls up the student in front of the classroom to present and read the certificate. The person that receives the certificate then picks out one of my short classroom cheers (round of applause, three cheers in Spanish, Parrot Cheer etc…) and the students cheer the receiver. Once a person has been chosen, the reporter crosses off that person’s name on the clipboard. Once everyone in the class has been chosen, we start a new list. If a new student arrives, we add their name to the list. I change student jobs every week.

These were great to send home with students and for use in their data binders.
