Description
This simple worksheet allows students to discover all the roles that they play in their life! I remind them that roles are nouns and not adjectives, so they should complete the sentence "I am a..." To make it a competition, have students count the number of roles and see who plays the most roles in their lives.
I've used this activity in my Child Development classes at the beginning of a parenting unit. It allows my students to see what they mean to others, and perhaps realize that adding "mom" or "dad" would be too much. But you could implement it in any class!
