Description
This student roster checklist will be the key to staying organized this year! Use it as a data tracking sheet, an assignment tracker, and a gradebook all in one. Put the names of your students in the template, print, and then use it to check off paperwork throughout the year (field trips, health forms, report cards etc.) and to collect grades. Get organized with this versatile form!
This resource includes a printable version, a Canva template, and a simpler Google docs version.
This form is perfect to record grades, track assignments and paperwork, and keep up with classroom tasks. Use it to keep track of one assignment/task OR use the larger matrix for many things on one sheet. It's also great for comparing data over time. Put data points from assessments side by side to see growth at a glance.
Tips for use
- Type your class list once and then copy/paste to the other versions. See directions for doing this in Canva.
- Type or write in the assignment/assessment/paperwork title in the top row above each column.
- Put in check marks, grades or Y/N. Use highlighters to make trends stand out.
- Print on bright paper for a pop of color!
- Print out multiple blank copies to have on hand when needed! Keep on your clipboard for easy access.
- Use the individual assignment checklist for stations or to check off completion rates for individual assignments. Cut apart and tape to a folder or turn in bin and let students mark it off as they finish.
