Description
Students need to reflect and anazlyze test results to help them see where they are lacking and how they can improve. This packet includes materials to help your students do just that. These materials can be used with any subject area.
Stat Report: This report is meant to accompany the student assessment home. It is a resource for parents to see the student’s pre and post test scores, as well as, growth and class average. It can be completed by the student. At the bottom of the Stat Report there is a place for students to write in a due date for when they need to return their test with their mistakes fixed. Having students fix missed problems is a good way to make sure students understand what they missed and how to get the problem right the next time.
Question Reflection Sheet: This sheet is used for students to focus on problems missed and reflect on why they missed the problem. I usually have students complete one half sheet per problem they missed, but not for every problem missed on the test. Sometimes I star a problem that I would like them to look more closely at, or I even let them choose one or more problems to complete the Question Reflection Sheet on.
Student Graph: The student graph is for students to keep track of their assessment scores. The graph is generic so it can be used for every subject area.

Great value
Love this resource!. It helped students relax and understand if and where their mistakes were at or even how they feel taking the test.
This was a great tool to use for students to reflect on their learning.
I use this to track class progress and individual progress. The students are able to set their own goals based off of this data tracking form.
This was very beneficial to my students' classroom performance! It made them find value in the work they do. Just what I was looking for. Thank you!
This has been so great and useful in my classroom. Self reflection is a big part of my classroom and this makes it easy!
Thank you!
